A significant proportion of our clients are Residents’ Management Companies (RMCs) and Right to Manage (RTM) Companies, including:
Freehold-owning Residents’ Management Companies where the residents’ company owns the freehold of the development.
Residents’ Management Companies with management responsibilities where responsibility for managing the development is vested in the company under the terms of the leases.
Right to Manage Companies where qualifying leaseholders have acquired the statutory right to take over the management of their development.

Our services are not limited to traditional leasehold apartment blocks.
We also provide professional management for freehold residential estates, including developments where homeowners contribute towards the maintenance and upkeep of private roads, landscaped areas, drainage systems, lighting, open spaces and other shared facilities.
We can assist resident-controlled management companies and other property owners with the budgeting, collection, administration and expenditure of estate charges, together with the practical management of the communal estate.
